For App Developers

Every Shopify app in our database has a listing on RatedApps.io. As a developer, you can claim your listing, verify your app's details, respond to reviews, and access performance data through the RatedApps Developer Portal.

Claiming Your Listing

Claiming a listing is free. Once claimed, you can verify your app's pricing, feature list, and contact details. Claiming does not affect your review score or editorial assessment in any way — our independence is non-negotiable.

Responding to Reviews

Developers can respond publicly to merchant reviews through the Developer Portal. Responses are clearly labelled as coming from the developer. Developers cannot edit, request removal of, or otherwise influence review content. Disputes about factual accuracy can be raised through our editorial review process.

Performance Data

The Developer Portal provides access to performance metrics including page views, click-through rates, and review trends over time. This data is for your own app only and is not shared with competitors.
